Special Note:
If you have never given your puppy dehydrated treats before, here is a four step guide to help transition your dog better:
1. Begin with a Small Amount (Days 1–2):
Start by offering a very small piece—just a nibble—to test your dog’s reaction. This helps prevent digestive upset and lets you gauge their interest.
2. Observe for Any Sensitivities (Days 3–4):
Watch for signs of intolerance like soft stool, vomiting, or itching. If everything looks normal, you can continue offering slightly larger portions—still in moderation.
3. Use Treats Purposefully (Days 5–7):
Incorporate the treats into short training sessions or as a special reward. This builds positive associations and keeps treat intake controlled.
4. Make Them Part of the Routine (Week 2+):
If your dog is tolerating the treats well, you can make them a regular part of their diet—used in moderation, not as a meal replacement. Always ensure clean water is available and store treats in a cool, dry place.
Pro Tip: For dogs with sensitive stomachs or on restricted diets, introduce one new treat at a time and drop us a message on WhatsApp if unsure.
